Teresa brings a wealth of experience to SERVPRO®, having dedicated thirty years to honing her skills in accounting and office management, primarily within the construction industry. Since joining our team in 2019 as an Accountant, she has consistently showcased her adaptability by seamlessly taking on diverse roles and responsibilities. Her expertise extends across accounting, management, and direct customer interactions, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Beyond her professional life, Teresa is a proud mother of two adult sons and a doting grandparent to one grandchild. In her leisure time, she loves exploring new destinations with her husband, finding joy and relaxation in travel.

Michelle joined SERVPRO® Team Harloe in October 2023 as our Accounts Payable specialist. Outside of work, Michelle loves spending quality time with her grandbaby and enjoys trips to Pigeon Forge, TN, where she finds relaxation and fun. Khristina (Accounts Receivable)
Khristina embarked on her journey with SERVPRO® in 2023, starting as a Job File Coordinator and swiftly advancing to the Accounts Receivable position. In her current capacity, Khristina skillfully handles financial, administrative, and clerical tasks. Her responsibilities include ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency, processing incoming payments, and safeguarding revenue through meticulous verification and posting of receipts. On a personal note, Khristina is a devoted mother to her 8-year-old child, who she affectionately describes as 'the love of her life.' When not at work, she relishes spending time with her family and unwinds by playing video games, striking a balance between her professional responsibilities and personal interests.
Rob (Social Media Manager/IT Administrator)
Rob's journey with SERVPRO® Team Harloe began in 2022, and his versatility quickly became apparent. Starting as a Job File Coordinator, he took on roles in Accounting, HR, Executive Administrative Assistant, and is now our Social Media Manager/IT Administrator. Known for his ability to manage multiple responsibilities, Rob is the go-to person for technology-related issues while also driving our social media presence. Outside of work, Rob enjoys building things, from computers to cars, showcasing his creativity and technical skills.
Khristy (Director of Administration)
Khristy's journey with the SERVPRO® family began as a Job File Coordinator, and she has since skillfully transitioned to the role of Office Manager. Her extensive background in Property Insurance, coupled with over two decades of experience in Customer Service, equips her with a deep understanding of our customers' needs. She excels in not just meeting but exceeding these needs, guiding customers through every step of the process with exceptional care and efficiency. Her commitment to going above and beyond is evident in her versatility, as she readily assists the team wherever necessary, whether on a job site or in the office. Khristy's exceptional organizational skills come to the fore as she adeptly coordinates almost every aspect of the job, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the customer, our team, and the insurance company.
Patrick (Receptionist/Dispatcher)
Patrick joined SERVPRO® Team Harloe in May 2024 as our Receptionist/Dispatcher, bringing a calm and organized presence to our front desk operations. When he's not ensuring smooth communication at work, Patrick enjoys spending his time reading and stargazing, finding relaxation in both books and the night sky. Melissa (Receptionist/Dispatcher)
Melissa joined SERVPRO® Team Harloe in September 2024 as our Receptionist/Dispatcher. With a warm and welcoming presence, she ensures smooth communication and efficient operations every day. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys camping trips and getting lost in a good book, finding peace and relaxation in both nature and stories. Scott (Warehouse Manager)
Scott, our diligent Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO®, exemplifies the spirit of adaptability and skill. Initially serving as our Office Manager, he enthusiastically embraced the chance to shift to the Warehouse Manager role, a move that highlighted his versatility and commitment. Recognizing his exceptional skills, particularly his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, we were confident in his ability to bring significant improvements to our warehouse operations. This change has not only enhanced the warehouse's functionality but also contributed substantially to the overall efficiency and productivity of our company. Scott's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, complemented by his valuable experience in manufacturing and municipal government sectors. On a personal note, Scott enjoys a fulfilling family life, happily married and a proud father to a son and a daughter.
Jeff (Marketing)
Jeff began his career with SERVPRO® in the summer of 2010, bringing his passion for community service to the forefront of his work. He finds immense satisfaction in aiding and connecting with community members, a commitment reflected in his involvement in thousands of water and fire damage restoration projects. As an engaged community member, Jeff plays an active role in The Clemson Rotary Club and has recently ascended to a leadership position as a Chairman on the board of the Easley Chamber of Commerce. His dedication has been recognized through multiple service awards in both Clemson and Easley. Jeff's unwavering commitment to SERVPRO®'s success is matched only by his dedication to serving his community in every way possible.
Kaitlyn (Marketing)
Kaitlyn has been with SERVPRO® Team Harloe since December 2023, bringing her creativity and enthusiasm to her role as Marketing. Her passion for swing dancing, west coast dancing, and lindy hop shines through in her energetic approach to both work and life. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys karaoke, always ready to belt out a tune and have a good time. Her vibrant personality and marketing skills make her a dynamic and valuable member of our team.
Richard (Reconstruction Manager)
Richard became a part of the SERVPRO® team in 2023, bringing with him a rich background in reconstruction. His extensive experience includes 20 years in residential concrete finishing and a decade in commercial drywalling, skills that significantly enhance our team's capabilities. Beyond his professional life, Richard is a dedicated family man, fulfilling the roles of husband, father, and grandfather with equal devotion. His leisure time is often spent traveling with his wife, exploring new places together. Additionally, Richard is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities like fishing and hunting, which allow him to connect with nature and unwind from the demands of his professional responsibilities.
Brooke (Reconstruction Administrator)
Brooke became a part of the SERVPRO® team in 2022 as a Job File Coordinator and quickly demonstrated her capabilities, earning a promotion to Reconstruction Administrator. With an impressive 14 years of customer service experience under her belt, Brooke has significantly enhanced her current role. Her chief responsibility involves coordinating the efforts of our Reconstruction team, a task that she executes with a keen focus on customer engagement and assistance. Brooke is renowned for her friendly demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills, attributes that enable her to establish meaningful connections with customers and colleagues alike. Steve (Reconstruction Estimator)
Steve has been with SERVPRO® Team Harloe since July 2023, serving as our Reconstruction Estimator. As a Marine veteran, he brings a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail to every project, ensuring high-quality results. Outside of work, Steve spends his time working on his family’s farm and practicing Jiu-jitsu. His well-rounded experience and commitment make him a vital asset to our team.
Luis (Reconstruction Project Manager)
Luis recently became a valued member of our SERVPRO® team, taking on the role of a Reconstruction Technician. His background is rich with diverse experiences, encompassing Reconstruction, Project Management, Water Mitigation, Maintenance, and Estimating, among other areas. This multifaceted skill set makes him a significant asset to our team. Additionally, Luis is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, which enhances his ability to communicate effectively in a variety of contexts. Bill (Director of Operations)
Bill embarked on his career with SERVPRO® in 2022 as an Estimator, where his exceptional performance swiftly led to a recent promotion to Director of Operations. With five years of experience in the field and his credentials as a Licensed Adjuster, Bill brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His passion for the job is most evident when he's out in the field, inspecting and estimating losses, an aspect he cites as his favorite. Further enhancing his professional acumen, Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Applied Microbial Remediation. Beyond the demands of his work, Bill finds relaxation and joy in outdoor activities like hiking and camping. Josh "JJ" (Production Crew Chief)
JJ began his career at SERVPRO® in 2023 and has quickly made a mark by obtaining certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Water Restoration Technician (WRT). He particularly values the camaraderie and genuine nature of his coworkers, which significantly enhances his work experience at SERVPRO®. JJ is passionate about delivering excellence in every project he undertakes, consistently striving to do a great job at each site. His commitment extends to making customers feel reassured and comfortable, especially when dealing with their losses, and he takes pride in helping them return to their homes.
